“Treating” cancer is one of the most lucrative business on earth.
For years, cancer has been called a “mystery.”
After spending billions of dollars over many decades, the medical establishment claims not to know the cause of cancer, not to understand its nature, and can only offer expensive and invasive treatments like radiation and highly toxic drugs to treat it.
The strikes me as willful stupidity that conveniently happens to generate many billions of dollars each year that is spread out annually among many tens of thousands of employees of the cancer industry.
If 40, 30, or even 20 years ago it was still possible to somehow convince people of the goodness of official oncology and of its results, today, after results that are as continuous as they are inane, although trumpeted regularly by the media, nobody accepts being seduced by words, about hypotheses and promises that are undelivered and undeliverable, any longer. The painful awareness, which almost everyone has experienced, of the miserable end of this or that relative, friend, or acquaintance, is associated with these failures.
We must surrender to the evidence that contemporary oncology is incapable of giving us the answers and the necessary to those who are cancer patients and that therefore it is our moral and ethical obligation to try to find the correct solution for the gravest and most painful disease of our time.Cancer is a fungus
For about 100 years, the fundamental theory behind cancer has been based on the hypothesis that it is a malfunctioning of the genes. This point of view implies that cancer is intracellular. My point of view however is that cancer is a fungal infection, and therefore an extra cellular phenomenon.
Candida
In the plant world, cancers are caused by a fungal invasion, and it is possible to argue that the same thing happens in human beings. Fungi are always involved in cancers: they are found both in vivo and in the post-mortem examination*.
However, scientists believe that they develop after the onset of the illness. My opinion is that they come before it: they produce the cancer, blunt the immune system and then invade the entire organism.
Each type of cancer is caused by fungi of the Candida species, as also referenced by other research*, and the histological configuration is a result of the defence reaction of a tissue against the invasion. In time, the tissue gets exhausted and produces only undifferentiated cells.
A cancer could be termed a ‘solid abscess,’ where the colonies form the centre, and host cellular reaction is all around.Sodium bicarbonate
Traditional anti-fungal drugs are ineffective in treating tumours because the solid colonies can be attacked only on the surface of their volume, and after the first administrations they become resistant.
A solid infection is much more powerful than a bacterial one. That is why simple fungal infections can last forever.
I have identified the substances uniquely able to penetrate these volumetric infections: for cancer of the internal organs it is sodium bicarbonate; and the best substance to eliminate skin cancer is iodine tincture, particularly when it is spread onto the growth. There are many publications that describe the effectiveness of sodium bicarbonate on cancer*, but the conclusions drawn in them are invariably wrong because they assume intracellular, rather than antifungal action.The treatment
My methods have cured people for 20 years. Many of my patients recovered completely from cancer, even in cases where official oncology had given up.
The best way to try to eliminate a tumour is to bring it into contact with sodium bicarbonate, as closely as possible, i.e. using oral administration for the digestive tract, enemas for the rectum, douching for the vagina and uterus, intravenous injection for the lung and the brain, and inhalation for the upper airways. Breasts, lymph nodes and subcutaneous lumps can be treated with local perfusions. The internal organs can be treated with sodium bicarbonate by locating suitable catheters in the arteries (of the liver, pancreas, prostate, and limbs) or in the cavities (of the pleura or peritoneum). It is important to treat each type of cancer with the right dosage. For a phleboclysis, 500 cc at 5% or 8,4% is required; for external administrations it is enough to taste if the solution is salty. Sometimes it is judicious to combine different administrations. For each treatment, take into consideration that tumour colonies regress between the third and fourth day and collapse between the fourth and fifth, so that a six day administration is sufficient.
A complete, effective cycle is made up of six treatment days on, and six days off, repeated four times. The most important side effects of this care system are thirst and weakness.
For skin cancer, a 7% iodine tincture should be spread on the affected area, 20-30 times once a day, with the aim of producing a number of layers of crusts. After this treatment, the cancer will be gone and stay away forever.Pediatric oncology
This therapy is also applicable in paediatric oncology, provided the dosage is adjusted and revised according to the weight and age of the infant, as well as the type of neoplastic formation.

Several well-documented clinical cases, examined before and after sodium bicarbonate treatments, were reported on and outlined on www.cancerfungus.com.
I wrote a book entitled ‘Cancer is a Fungus’ published in Italian, Dutch, French and English, thanks to the help of family and friends. Video footage of patient testimonials is also available on the internet site mentioned above. My deep wish is to make this therapy available to all humanity. In order to do so I must carry on my research. This research is done privately, since I have received no response from official institutions — despite having published the results of the well-documented and successful clinical cases I have treated. It is my firm hope that soon, the fundamental role of fungi in the development of neoplastic disease is acknowledged, so that it is possible to find, with the help of all existing forces of the health establishment, those anti-mycotic drugs and those systems of therapy that can quickly defeat, without damageand suffering, a disease that brings so much devastation to humanity.
Dr. Simoncini: ”The Madness of the cell is an invention, a hypothesis that nobody has ever demonstrated and that has not led to any results.“
Dr. Simoncini: ”The fact that cells become independent and grow independently is a real hoax. For hundred years scientists suggest this hypothesis that nobody ever demonstrated. Never. This hypothesis has no evidence at all. At the same time it is only supported by negative elements. 8.5 million deaths for cancer … After hundred years of research it [cancer] is still surrounded by mystery.“
Dr. Simoncini in response to the question of genetic theories regarding cancer: ”Genetic theories of cancer have no connection with this illness.“
Dr. Simoncini: ”Candida is always found in the patients of the oncology wards. The problem is how the presence of the fungus is thought about. The wrong idea of the official oncology is that the cancer comes before and then the Candida attacks and enfeebles the organisms. But this is only a hypothesis, a wrong hypothesis. My opinion is that the Candida comes before, makes the cancer, and then invades the organism and causes death. Fact is that Candida is always found in the tissue of a cancer patient. Any other idea could be only an invention.“
Dr. Simoncini also quotes one of his colleagues from Northern Italy, who used to say: ”Wherever I find Candida, I make the diagnosis of a cancer. It is quite clear what is beneath the cancer!“
Dr. Simoncini sees the ”fungal infection“ as the cause of the cancer, visible as ”white lumps“ (see video). Concerning histology examinations, he explains: ”The histology really describes how the tissue tries to protect itself from the fungal invasion. Where the fungus is eating the tissue, the reaction is a cellular overproduction that tries to block the invasion. If the Candida is in the liver, the cellular reaction is made by cells of the liver. This is a cancer named epithelial carcinoma, in the brain the reaction is glioblastoma, in the skin melanoma, and so forth, for all the tissues and organs. There isn’t any cellular anomaly, but only defensive reactions. So, all this histology research is really useless“.
As cancer treatment, Dr. Simoncini suggests: ”First, to destroy the fungal colonies because of the cancer. How can they be destroyed? Not with the actually antifungal drugs. I am sure that they will be destroyed by producing in the future different drugs. And that could be the next great deal of the chemical industry. They will be able to start a new age for medicine … But at the moment the most effective antifungal substance is sodium bicarbonate …“

Is he the only one who applies the bicarbonate therapy?
It occurs more and more that other physicians and oncologists apply his therapy.
Why is this therapy not applied in the regular health care?
The regular health care presents to work only with scientific proved medicines and therapies and is suspicious about new therapies.
Why did he not publish in scientific magazines?
He has always been crossed by official authorities. Moreover many articles have been published in the press about his therapy. Now a series of cases in his clinic must prove that his therapy works.
Is there no way that you could use this evidence to put pressure on the establishment to take your work more seriously?
No, because it is necessary to demonstrate one’s results with many hundreds of fully documented cases. This is not possible unless you work in a cancer clinic.
What has Dr. Simoncini done to make his work public (besides to send his work at the Italian Ministry of Health)?
He send his article to many scientific magazines he has been present to many congresses, he.has taken up contact with oncologists institutes (national and international) also with the national cancer institute of Bethesda.
The problem is that everybody wants to get proofs and people only take new ideas seriously if there is evidence of clinical cases.
Therefore he always makes reports of all patients who have been treated with bicarbonate in order to collect so much well documented cases as possible.
Does Dr. Simoncini collaborate with other doctors?
Yes, he collaborates very much with doctors inside and outside Italy.
Are the sodium bicarbonate-solutions available only at the hospitals?
The bottles for infusions are only available at the pharmacies. Sodium Bicarbonate powder is available in any drugstores, supermarkets and pharmacy.
Is the therapy expensive?
Absolutely not, the expenses are only a fraction of the expenses of the regular methods of treatment.
Is it possible for a person to apply the therapy himself at home?
If the cancer is limited within the organ’s (not infiltrated into the confined tissue) it is possible to apply the therapy by himself. Examples are: Oral cavity, oesophagus, stomach, intestine rectum. This is also possible in case of skin cancer like melanoma or in case of psoriasis. The supervision of a doctor is indicated. For other type of cancer the involvement of a doctor is mandatory…
Is it possible to combine this therapy with another alternative therapy?
This depends on what kind of therapies is referring to. In generally I advice to apply other alternative therapies, but not at the same time with the Sodium Bicarbonate.
And can it be combined with traditional therapies as chemo and radiation treatment?
Yes, it has been applied in several oncologists’ centres already.
Is the therapy with the bicarbonate effective against all sorts of tumours?
Yes almost all kind of tumours are good treatable. In order to achieve the most detrimental effect on the tumours, the sodium bicarbonate must be put in direct contact with the damaged tissue. It is also possible to put specific catheters (port-a-cath) in the arteries that run to the different conventional endoscope methods. Furthermore there can be used clysters, drip infusions, irrigations and infiltrations at the places where the tumour has grown.
You said almost so there are also tumours not responding quite well to this therapy?
The essential basic of this therapy is to bring the Sodium Bicarbonate as close as possible to the tumor. In case of bone tumours (pelvis, ribs etc etc..) this is not quite possible. So I advice to use the sodium bicarbonate associated to the radio therapy.
And what about the Leukaemia?
Leukaemia is not always due to a fungine infection, so that’s why it is difficult to cure it.
Moreover leukaemia can be a reaction to a fungine mass, whose localisation is unknown.
For this reasons the best choice is to administer sodium bicarbonate, alone or in combination; 500 ml 5% 6 days on 6 days off for 4 cycles, 2-3 weeks break, then repeat the whole treatment.
How successful is this therapy?
If the fungus are sensible to the sodium bicarbonate solutions and the tumour is smaller than 3 cm, the percentage will be around the 90% , for terminal cases in which the patients is in reasonable good conditions is 50% and for terminals patients just a small percentage.
How long does it last before the tumours regresses?
Approximately 30-45 days.
How long does the therapy last?
A few months.
Why in your treatment’s protocol you advice the patients to stop with the IV (intra vein) infusions for 6 days?
Because the patients have time to drain the sodium bicarbonate from the circulation.
Are there side effects of the bicarbonate therapy?
Very few. Some people feel a bit thirsty and suffer from a temporary tiredness.
Has the bicarbonate the effect that it causes the PH to get in balance?
No, the PH is not the main factor; the true is that the Sodium bicarbonate only kills the fungus.
May children also follow this therapy?
Certainly, because it is quite safe, this therapy is also applicable in paediatric oncology, provided the dosage is adjusted and revised according to the weight and age of the infant, as well as the type of neoplastic formation.
Why do you have such a hard criticism to the regular oncology?
It is an obligatory step that does not arise from revenge, rancour or other lower emotions, but from the rational necessity to make mankind gain insight.
Only clear, accurate and true messages can stimulate the awaking of the placid, conformist souls. Friendlier and more charitable wordings could indeed be used, but in that case the result would be that we would delay, for a hundred years, that which we have achieved so far.
It is a thousand pities that moral obligations and spiritual motives exist, that are not easily compatible with the calm mediocrity of a work-shy existence.
Those good, decent gentlemen, physicians or no physicians, who resist against vigorous and accurate language, show in fact by their attitude alone that they belong to the ‘’blessed herd’’.
Of a complete different tone, however, are the standpoints of those who, from their pure and authentic inner selves, support me unconditionally, because they recognise the will in themselves to live for 100% in spite of every gag and lie.
Can you treat skin tumours also with bicarbonate?
No, therefore you have to use iodine.
Is the therapy also applicable to the Kahler’s disease?
Sodium Bicarbonate is not effective in the thoracic localizations of a leukosis (Kahler’s disease). Local infiltrations can be performed in case of strong pain
Would it be useful to prevent the fungus (candida) or to eliminate them by a special diet or by a preventive bicarbonate cure? Could one do this also orally?
One can do everything preventively, but I advise that bicarbonate should not be taken as a prevent therapy; otherwise the fungus itself may become resistant.
Could you please explain how to treat lipomas?
In my opinion lipomas are like cystis caused by fungi. If they are big they are to be treated with direct injections into the lumps, otherwise around them.
In case the cervical cancer has confined to the pelvic area, what should be the treatment?
If the cervical cancer is gone beyond the uterus, must be treated directly in the pelvis by locating a transabdominal catheter from where Sodium Bicarbonate can be administered. Moreover it should treted with douching of Sodium Bicarbonate in the uterus.
If candida really is the culprit, what can one do to avoid cancer?
One should have a healthy lifestyle, good (biological) food take as few medicine as possible, take exercises and give much attention to chronicle symptoms.
What do you think about the surgery, radiotheraphy, laser theraphy en thermo-ablation?
Each physical treatment that destroys neoplastic matter, in fact, implies the simultaneous destruction of a quota of the tissues of the host. It is this cellular death that works as both bait and lifesaver for the fungin cells which manage to survive by nourishing themselves with the decomposing tissues. Radiotherapy, laser therapy, or thermo-ablation generally fails for this reason, as they leave those cellular units that are able to vigorously resume the proliferation once the treatment is over at the periphery of the treated area.
In which cases you will consider the use of surgery ?
Although in a limited way, surgery can in some cases be very useful, especially where the dimensions of a tumor do not ensure a sufficient perfusion of saline solutions. This is the case, for example, of intestinal neoplasias that are difficult to reach with endoscopic catheters. It is the case for all testicular tumors, themselves resectable before metastatization occurs because of their position which is located at the extreme end of the anatomical vascular and spermatic structures. Possible auto transplants with marrow “washed” in bicarbonate, tumors of excessive dimensions requiring a drastic preliminary reduction of their mass (peritoneal, pleural, skin tumors and others) can also need surgical intervention. In all cases it is wise to highlight the need always to administer sodium bicarbonate solutions, before and after the operation, as they prevent new germinations of fungi and thus the formation of metastases. I am convinced, for example, that a resection intestinal intervention for neoplasia combined with infusions of sodium bicarbonate would succeed in almost all cases, as local or remote relapses could not occur.
And radiotheraphy?
My experience has taught me that radiotherapy, whether it is used as the first treatment option, or later in the progression of the disease, very rarely brings positive lasting results. This is with the exception of some tumors – for example, in bones or lymph nodes – that can actually benefit from this treatment. In these cases, especially when there is circumscribed localization in bones, radiotherapy always turns out to be a useful and fast weapon when associated with the simultaneous administration of bicarbonates and drugs that protect bony tissue.
What about chemotheraphy?
Chemotherapy, in fact, destroys everything. It is a given fact that it dramatically exhausts the cells of the marrow and of the blood, thus allowing a greater spreading of the infection. It irreversibly intoxicates the liver, thus preventing it from building new elements of defense, and it mercilessly knock out nerve cells, thus weakening the organism’s reactive capabilities and delivering it to the invaders. This is mainly because it not clear how it affects the colonies, and because by strongly debilitating the organism such intervention makes the invasion of the mycetes faster and more ferocious.
If somebody suffers vaginal candidosis, is there a risk that the illness could degenerate in cancer?
This risk is real.
It is possible to cure vaginal candidosis with your therapy?
To uproot persistent gynaecological fungal infections one should do a douche every day with two litres of pure water (that has been boiled) containing two dissolved tablespoons of bicarbonate. This should be kept up for two months, stopping only during one’s period. Candida is very persistent and it takes a long time to kill an infection.
Breast Cancer is an important issue at the moment. It is mandatory to put a port-a-cath in the breast arterial or there are others methods?
In a woman is the breast arterial quite small, therefore I prefer an other method which gives very satisfactory results. Usually local perfusions with sodium bicarbonate are effective in breast cancer. If the size of the lump is less than 3 cm, it can completely shrink after a cycle of 6 injections. The treatment has to be repeated if the lumps are bigger 4-5 cm. After the local treatment it is necessary the intravenously administration of 500 ml 5% sodium bicarbonate, 6 days on 6 days off for 4 cycles.
If cancer is no question of genetics, as you claim, then a preventive breast amputation (in the case of increases risk in the family) will be needless?
Precisely, complete needless.
If a patient recover completely from cancer after the theraphy with the Sodium Bicarbonate, it Is possible that the cancer will come back ?
All my recovered patients (and are many) have not relapse. If you consider that I have treated with success patients 20 years ago, we can assume that once the fungus has been destroyed by the Sodium Bicarbonate it won’t come back again.
Is it difficult to show in a laboratory that tumours decrease through bicarbonate?
No, there exist a hundred tests that demonstrate this phenomenon, but in a wrong manner. One attributes at bicarbonate an anti tumour effect because of its alkalinising qualities, but the bicarbonate is effective because he eliminates the fungus. The other products (alkalinising matters) don’t work (or very little) against the fungus.
Can you apply the bicarbonate therapy if suffering of high blood pressure?
There is no problem.
Is this treatment is also possible with animals?
Yes using the same treatment protocol as for the Pediatric oncology:

30 Kg / 250 cc sodium bicarbonate
40 Kg / 350 cc sodium bicarbonate
50 Kg / 400 cc sodium bicarbonate

Is bicarbonate the same as cooking salt?
The sodium bicarbonate is not the same as sodium chloride (cooking salt). Sodium chloride has no direct effect on the fungus, what we can see quite clear by the treatment of the oral and vaginal candidosis.
If I don’t get support of my general practitioner, oncologist or internist for this therapy, to whom should I turn for support when I want to get this therapy?
It is indeed difficult, but we have still to try and one must do everything possible in order to get the treatment.
What do I have to say to my internist to convince him that I want to follow the bicarbonate therapy?
The therapy can be done before and/or after a chemo or radiation treatment. Ask him to let you follow the therapy with the Sodium Bicarbonate according to the Dr.Simoncini protocol, depending on the type of cancer, location, size etc tec. The therapy will approximately take 8 weeks. After this period an examination should be performed. Cat scan, MRI, echo etc. The results will be either supporting the therapy or not. This therapy is totally safe and cheap and can be followed also as a supplementary therapy. If the doctor will not go along with your request than ask him to respect the will of the suffering patient.
Dr. Simoncini: ”No-one knows what the problem of cancer is. There are still about 1 million deaths a year for cancer, with terrible sufferings and endless experiments with no results at all … Everybody must open their eyes, and become aware that TV and newspapers usually lie about cancer because they just say what the authority allows. We live in a world of lies. Moreover, my opinion is that a revolution can come only from the physicians. They know very well that oncology has completely failed and all the studies and research are just a never-never-ending deceit – as big as the world. Doctors should no more tolerate these lies and should not hesitate to denounce the complete failure of oncology.“
