Casein’s Sticky Secret
Let’s just look at one example for a minute, casein. Casein is a milk by-product that you ingest through dairy products, especially cheese. Did you know that cheese has ten times the casein density of milk? In fact Casein is a strong bending agent that gives cheese that sticky, oily texture. Several industries are use casein for this “wonderful quality”.
The wood industry uses casein as an adhesive to glue wood together. The paint industries use it as a coating agent. The cutlery industries use it for knife handles and to create strong light plastics. The textile industry uses casein to create new fabrics. Dr T Campbell, like many other researchers, fed mice and rats casein in order to give them cancer for his studies on animal proteins.
Mucus and bending agents can be eliminated by consumption of nutritious organics juices. A fasting, where you only consume juice, can create a cleansed and healthiest body.
The Cottage Cheese Look
A fatty diet can also lead to the formation of cellulite, acne, dry skin, oily skin and unwanted body fat. When cellulite becomes lodged in the fibrous tissue under the skin, then it causes the skin to take-on a dimpled appearance. Some women described the look of their cellulite as a “cottage cheese look.” Obviously, few women or men want to have a skin that could be compared to cottage cheese. The above examples highlight specific times when the drinking of juices can enhance the health of a particular body part. When the bloodstream has become full of toxins, then the antioxidants in juice can eliminate those toxins. A body free of toxins can achieve a higher level of overall health.
Juicing Cleansing Power
Organic fruit or vegetable Juices have the ability to cleanse the body and to help you lose weight. They clean out the dead cells, and flush out fatty deposits and toxins, allowing them to be washed out of the body from the liver and kidneys. The ability of juice to cleanse the body represents one of the many physiological benefits created by temporary adherence to this diet.
In addition, the drinking of organic fruit and vegetable juice also delivers several other benefits. Juice can energize the body. The mind becomes clearer. The nutrients in juice aid the development of body tissues. The body can build tissue better when those tissues are fed with micro-nutrients from juice. The body is revitalized. Each organ works more efficiently, when they have newer and healthier cells and abundant anti-oxidants.

Both fruit and vegetable juice can serve as a rich source of important antioxidants. Antioxidants are what you need to fight disease and aging. Others belong to a class of substances called phytochemicals. Different fruits and vegetables hold a sizeable amount of either antioxidants or phytochemicals.

Foods rich in beta carotene: oranges, grapefruit, tomatoes, strawberries, asparagus, Brussels sprouts, cabbage, collard greens, green pepper, sweet potatoes, carrots, kale, spinach, turnip greens, winter squash, collard greens, cilantro, thyme. All of the aforementioned will protect your cells from the damaging effects of free radicals by providing a good source of vitamin A and will also boost your immune system. Another pytochemical, Coumarine, has blood-thinning, anti-fungicidal and anti-tumor properties. It comes from drinking citrus juice, or juice from a tomato, and it stays in your blood for less than 30 minutes.
Many different juices contain flavanoids. Berries, carrots, citrus fruits, peppers and tomatoes all have high flavanoid content. Some flavanoids, like other phytochemicals, can help the body fight disease and work to prevent the formation of a malignant tumor (1). Another good source of these powerful antioxidants is Green Tea and/or organic grape juice.

Indoles are important members of the phytochemical family. Indoles all have a similar chemical structure. Broccoli and other vegetables in the cabbage family serve as a rich source of it. Like flavanoids, indoles have the ability to prevent the growth of cancerous cells. These fantastic nutrients can boost the production of certain enzymes which inhibit the formation of malignant tissue and rejuvenate your skin.

Last words, before you start:
You could have some mild side effect when you start Organic Juicing. Nothing really out of proportion, but if you have been on the standard American diet for years or on a vegetarian processed food diet you will feel some great change and the power of juicing right away.
When my wife and I started Raw vegetable and fruit juicing, at the beginning we had some physical reactions: the first one was a sensation of heat in our entire body, easily explained by the thermogenesis response. The second effect is that we where kind of dizzy and tired. However, if at all, this happens only the first few days and is a result of your body cleansing itself of all the toxins it has accumulated over time. When you start a cleansing process your body for the first time naturally starts to get rid of a lot of toxin, pesticides, metals and fat : our tiredness was the results of this.
You can have also some bowel disturbance. Do not worry if you have “to go” two to three times a day, this is absolutely normal and the norm for Vegans, you are well on your way to developing a faster, more healthy metabolism.
In some rare case, people with extreme toxin and poisons in their bodies will develop fever and will have to lay in bed and rest. Remember to drink a lot of purified water too.
